Supervised by Tiffany Allen, LCSW-S
Hi, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) working under supervision toward my LCSW, and I’m honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who are looking for more connection, clarity, and support. Whether you’re navigating a major life change or just craving a place to land and feel heard, I offer a calm, compassionate space to help you sort through what’s going on and where you want to go.
My approach is grounded in a person-centered, humanistic lens which is a fancy way of saying I see you as the expert in your own life. I believe your story matters, and I’m here to meet you with curiosity, respect, and warmth as we explore it together.
When working with couples and families, I often use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help identify those frustrating cycles that keep people stuck and to get underneath them to the attachment needs and longings that often go unspoken. It’s powerful work that can open up space for healing, reconnection, and a deeper sense of understanding.
With individuals, I blend Emotion-Focused and Solution-Focused approaches to help you better understand your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and take steps that feel true to you. I also bring in tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it’s helpful for shifting thought patterns or habits that no longer serve you.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just unsure where to start, I believe therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and grow at your own pace, in your own way.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me recharging with a good book, hanging out with my family (including my two dogs), or deep in a game night with friends. I believe that joy, play, and real connection aren’t just side notes they’re essential to healing. And I try to bring that spirit into the work we do, every step of the way.
